Meet Jennifer Kline —
Jennifer Kline is a true Florida native, born and raised right here in Brevard County. With more than 13 years of experience in the mortgage industry—including loan origination, closing, loss mitigation, and servicing—Jennifer brings a deep understanding of the entire loan life cycle. This full-scope expertise allows her to guide clients through the mortgage process with clarity, confidence, and efficiency.
Service is at the heart of everything Jennifer does. Known for her hands-on, always-available approach, she supports her clients and real estate partners day, night, weekends, and beyond—because home financing doesn’t always happen between 9 and 5.
Jennifer is also deeply passionate about supporting local small businesses and the community that raised her. That belief is what led her to partner with Brevard Banana—a platform she values for its mission to uplift, connect, and help small businesses succeed throughout Brevard County. For Jennifer, success is best when it’s shared, and she’s proud to stand alongside organizations that invest back into the local community.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, Steve, and their two children, Makenzie and Stephen. As a family devoted to rescue animals and youth sports, she can often be found on a local field or court cheering on the team when she’s not working hard for her mortgage clients.
